We want you to be satisfied with Art Frame TV. If you experience technical issues or billing errors, you may be eligible for a refund. Please review the terms below.

When You Can Request a Refund

  • Technical issues that prevent you from using Art Frame TV on your Apple TV.
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges.
  • Dissatisfaction within the first 7 days of your initial purchase.

When We Cannot Provide a Refund

  • Purchases made more than 30 days ago.
  • Subscriptions that renewed automatically because you forgot to cancel before the renewal date.
  • Change of mind after substantial use of the app’s features.
  • Partial or prorated refunds for unused time are not available. Canceling your subscription stops future charges but does not refund the current period.

How to Request a Refund (tvOS)

  • All purchases and subscriptions for Art Frame TV are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by HEIERE. To request a refund:
    1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
    2. Sign in with the Apple ID you used to purchase Art Frame TV.
    3. Choose “Request a refund”, select the reason for your request, then select Art Frame TV and submit.Apple reviews and approves all tvOS refund requests. We cannot process refunds directly. For more details, see Apple’s refund policy.

Cancelling Your Subscription

  • Cancelling is different from getting a refund. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current subscription period.
    • On your Apple TV, go to Settings > Users & Accounts > [Your Name] > Subscriptions and select Art Frame TV to cancel.
    • Remember to cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid additional charges.
    • Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.

EU Consumer Rights

If you are in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. However, by using Art Frame TV immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once you begin using the service. To withdraw before using the app:

  • Visit reportaproblem.apple.com within 14 days.
  • Clearly state that you wish to withdraw.Approved refunds are processed within 14 days.

Changes to This Policy
