Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Art Frame TV (“Application”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Application. These Terms form a legal agreement between you and HEIERE, the owner of Art Frame TV.

The Application

Art Frame TV is a tvOS-only application that displays curated artwork on your Apple TV. All art is sourced from public-domain or openly licensed repositories. The Application does not allow user-generated content and may offer optional paid subscriptions or one-time purchases for premium features.

Scope of License

• You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Application on any Apple TV you own or control.
• You may not redistribute, sell, rent, lease, lend, or sublicense the Application.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of the Application.
• This license covers updates or supplements provided by HEIERE, unless those updates include separate terms.

Technical Requirements and Updates

• HEIERE aims to keep Art Frame TV updated for new tvOS versions and devices but cannot guarantee updates at all times.
• You are responsible for ensuring your Apple TV meets the technical requirements.
• HEIERE may modify technical specifications at its discretion.

Maintenance and Support

• HEIERE provides maintenance and support for Art Frame TV; Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services.

Use of Data

• The Application does not collect personal data or require user sign-in.
• We do not access your photos or personal media.
• The only data we receive is anonymized, aggregated analytics from Apple (e.g., crash reports and usage statistics). See our Privacy Policy for more details.

Age Requirement

Art Frame TV is intended for users aged 16 and older. By using the Application, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Content Rights

• All artwork displayed is from public-domain or openly licensed sources.
• HEIERE does not claim ownership over this artwork; we curate and organize it for display.
• You may not redistribute or commercially exploit artwork through the Application.

Subscriptions and Purchases

• Optional subscriptions or one-time purchases may be offered to unlock premium features.
• Payments and refunds are processed by Apple via the App Store. For details, see our Refund Policy and Apple’s refund process.

Termination

• These Terms remain effective until terminated by you or HEIERE.
• Your rights under this license terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the Terms.
• Upon termination, you must stop using the Application and remove it from your Apple TV.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HEIERE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Application. This limitation does not affect statutory rights under Swedish or EU consumer law.

Warranty

• HEIERE warrants that Art Frame TV is free of viruses and works as described.
• No warranty is provided if the Application has been modified or used with incompatible hardware or software.
• If the Application fails to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple to obtain a refund of the purchase price.

Third-Party Terms and Beneficiaries

• You must comply with applicable third-party terms (including Apple’s App Store Terms of Service).
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, excluding conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm, unless consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

Changes to Terms
